A Project can contain:
one task
multiple tasks
tasks of different complexity
work requiring one or several areas of expertise
Once submitted, the Project is added to the CloneStaff Internal Bulletin Board.
Projects are then assigned in one of two ways:
SINGLE CLONE
A Project may be assigned to one Clone where one person has the experience needed to complete it.
CLONE TEAM
Projects requiring multiple skills or several people may be assigned to a Clone Team.
Clone Teams are led by a Superclone.
The Superclone is responsible for coordinating the Project, dividing it into tasks where necessary, and assigning those tasks to the appropriate members of the team.
Clone Teams operate as a Mixture of Human Experts.
Different tasks may therefore be completed by different Clones according to their experience.
Once all work is complete, the Project is submitted for approval.
When the completed Project is approved, the funds attached to the Project are released to the individual Clone or Clone Team.
YOUR PERSONAL CLONE
Every client is assigned one dedicated Personal Clone.
Your Personal Clone stays with you across Projects.
Their role is to:
understand how you work
remember your preferences
receive new Projects from you
hand Projects off to the appropriate Clone or Clone Team
stay involved while specialist Clones complete the work
This keeps Project handoffs simple while maintaining relationship consistency.
You may work with different experts from Project to Project.
Your Personal Clone stays the same.
