What exactly is a Clone?
A Clone is an actual human professional.
We call them “Clones” because you can deploy additional units of productive capacity whenever you need them — without going through the traditional hiring process.
Our remote professionals are based around the world and work as part of your dedicated Clone Army. They handle the tasks you assign, while your account manager coordinates the work and keeps everything moving.
Clone is the unit. Human is the person.
Are Clones AI or actual people?
Actual people.
Your Clone is a real remote professional who performs the work for you. We use technology and modern tools to make the operation more efficient, but there is a real person responsible for completing your tasks.
You aren't buying an AI chatbot.
You're deploying human productive capacity — without having to hire the person yourself.
How much does a Clone cost?
Our model is simple:
Tasks start from as little as $1 per approved task.
For example, if your Clone completes 50 approved tasks in a week, that's $50 for the week.
The exact price of a task depends on the type and scope of work, and we agree on the task requirements before the work begins.
You pay for approved work — not hours sitting on a clock.
What happens if a task isn't done properly?
It doesn't go on the invoice.
You review the completed work and approve it. If something isn't right, we send it back for correction.
Our model is designed around completed, approved output rather than simply billing you for time spent.
If it isn't right, we work on it until it is.
What kind of work can a Clone do?
Quite a lot.
Clones can handle tasks such as outbound calls, market research, inbox management, data entry, scheduling, email outreach, lead generation, web research, spreadsheet work, CRM updates, customer support, social media, copywriting, video editing, graphic design, e-commerce support, website updates, competitor research, administrative work and more.
If you have a repetitive, defined piece of work that someone can complete remotely, there's a good chance we can turn it into a task.
Do I have to manage the Clone myself?
No — that's the point.
You get a dedicated account manager based in the US, UK or Canada.
Your account manager coordinates your work, handles follow-ups and helps make sure your tasks are moving forward.
You tell us what needs to get done.
We manage the people doing it.
Can I increase or decrease my Clones?
Yes. That's one of the main advantages of the model.
Your workload isn't the same every week, so your workforce doesn't have to be either.
You can switch capacity on or off weekly based on demand.
Need more help next week? Increase your capacity.
Quiet period coming up? Reduce or pause it.
No hiring. No firing. No long-term commitment just because your workload changed.
How does billing work?
You review and approve completed tasks throughout the week.
At the end of the week, we send one invoice for the approved work completed during that week.
There are no charges simply because someone was available for eight hours.
You pay for approved output.
Why wouldn't I just hire someone myself?
You can. But hiring is only one part of employing someone.
You have to find them, interview them, onboard them, manage them, replace them when they leave, and carry the cost even when your workload changes.
Clone Staff gives you access to managed remote professionals without requiring you to build and manage the entire employment operation yourself.
You tell us the work.
We provide the capacity and manage the operation.
